This offering provides you with the opportunity to connect with and tune into your womb space. Our wombs are the seat of our creativity, our passions, our desires and our gifts. They also tend to become a depository for thoughts, feelings and events that we have not fully processed. When we take the time to be with our wombs, especially in a safe, lovingly held space, beautiful things can unfold. A womb tending session might include education, breath training, resourcing, somatic dialogue, biodynamic cranio sacral and uterine massage. You’ll be encouraged to track your dreams and write about your insights post session. I will also provide you with a personal pelvic steam for continued womb tending.
