I'm offering the following to all moms who are pregnant or newly postpartum:

One on one pregnancy massage and baby blessing in the 3rd trimester: Come and receive a little extra love for yourself and baby in an intentionally curated ceremonial space. It can be hard to find a moment during pregnancy to fully honor yourself and your baby. This is an opportunity to tune into your baby, offer intentions and prayers, bless your belly with rose oil, and relax, relax, relax.  

A 3 part series to prepare your body and pelvic floor for birth in your 2nd and 3rd trimester: This is an opportunity to receive personalized instruction on how to best prepare your body and pelvic floor for birth. Care may include gentle exercises, breath training to reduce prolapse and diastasis recti, internal work, perineal tissue prep and somatic dialogue to release fears and/or tensions held in your body regarding birth. 

3 at home post birth abdominal/uterine massages (for moms in Rutland and Addison county): I will come to your house during your fourth trimester to provide you with 3 abdominal/uterine massages. This gives you an opportunity to relax, honor your uterus, tell your birth story and receive love during a very tender postpartum time.

**For mom's who have had a c-section, I would love to provide you with abdominal/uterine massage and c-section scar massage after your scar has healed (between 4-8 weeks).

A free 20 minute pelvic floor screen post birth via the phone: Are you wondering if you need to see a pelvic floor professional? Vermont has many skilled professionals that can help! You will have an opportunity to share your concerns and I can talk you through some of the more common reasons women see a pelvic floor therapist post birth. Hopefully, if nothing else, you'll hang up feeling more at ease with some of your pelvic floor questions answered.
